Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping

We offer standard shipping options within Australia. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks after processing.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping delivery times may vary and are subject to customs processing times in your country. The recipient is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Delays

While we strive to meet our processing and shipping times, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. These can include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to the customer for a corrected address and reship the package at the customer's expense.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to these addresses will be canceled.
