Refund Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange (so long as the apparel items are unworn). Unless your item is being returned due to a manufacturer or printing defect, we will not refund your original shipping costs. We are not responsible for return shipping costs incurred. If you change your mind about your item, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund of the purchase price. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
To be eligible for a refund for changing your mind, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide us with the receipt or any other proof of purchase.

If your refund request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item does not comply with one or more of the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to request either a replacement item or a refund of the purchase price if there is a major problem with the product. In these circumstances, you do not have to return the product in the original packaging in order to get a refund.
Your item will be considered to have a major problem when:
(a) it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it;
(b) it has multiple minor problems that, when taken as a whole, would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about them;
(c) it is significantly different from the sample or description;
(d) it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time;
(e) it doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
(d) it is unsafe.
If the problem with your item is minor, we reserve the right to provide you with a free repair instead of a replacement item or refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
